At Anyray Bulbs, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, our return process is fast and easy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories

All return packages must include the following information inside the package:

  • Order number

  • First and last name

  • Product description (item name and reason for return)

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us Call us at +1 786-228-6565 within 30 days of receiving your order. Have your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return ready.

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization Once we receive your request, we will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays in processing.

Step 3 — Prepare Your Package Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories. If the item is damaged, please contact us before sending it back.

 

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-paid returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  • Our error: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns not caused by our error, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or billed separately.

 

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds If a returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

 

5. Exchanges

We do not accept direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size, color, or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

If you receive a defective item that falls under one of these categories, please contact us — we may be able to offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide photos of the damage or defect when reaching out.

 

8. Order Cancellations

We can cancel orders before they are processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may initiate a return once you receive the item.

 

9. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to items that are:

  • Returned without original packaging

  • Returned in a used condition

  • Not in resellable condition

This fee does not apply if the return is due to an error on our part.
